Service Description

Mix up your Reformer workout with Jump-Board an attachment at the end of the reformer. The idea being that you lay on back , sides , and all fours to use the Board to jump to get your heart pumping . the class provides you with an effective all body workout increasing your endurance , flexibility and strength. Fab for your coordination too ! Heavy springs will give you serious muscle Fatigue in the lower body. The lighter spring will fire up your deep stabiliser muscles that stabilise your spine pelvis and core . Finishing class with feet in Straps for cool down and Stretch Such a Fun class


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. All cancellations are accepted by phone only on 07955769802.
