Performed on a specialized equipment called the 'Reformer', it has a unique combination of sliding carriages, springs and straps. All kinds of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length , strength , flexibility and balance. You will use your Centre 'Powerhouse' to move your body weight as well as the reformer spring loaded carriage. In the class you will lie, sit, kneel and stand therefore stretching, extending the body completely and accessing a full range of movement. It develops balance, co-ordination and creates a strength effect on the entire body and not just isolated muscle groups. The result of the workout is a uniformaly developed body with strong back and abdominal muscles . In other words , the reformer can train many parts and dynamics of the body in so many different ways with just one relatively sleek piece of equipment !
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. All cancellations are accepted by phone only on 07955769802.
